Is it worth coming back - Guild Wars Forums

I have read about factions.. and while I played Prophecies the first 3 months it was out and have not really played it since.. I do not have an Ascended character and never got into the PVP aspect because I kept testing out different builds in those 3 months doing PVE. Factions offers more content but will I get bored in 3 months again.. has grouping become any easier or am I still gonna run everything with henceman ( to me ruins the game since it is a Multiplayer game it would be nice to interact with other people ).

The basics of the game have not changed really. They've added some new types of PvE/PvP but all in all it is the same game.

If you want a guild to hang with, check us out, we have people doing both Cantha and Tyria. The game is much more fun with guildies to run with. If you find you are having fun, then consider adding Factions.

If you mean is it worth it for you... duh, you answer that
If you mean in a metaphysical sense, probly not
If you mean for a whole metric boatload of assassins, obviously yes.

grouping has both not changed and been vastly improved depending on your guild and your guilds affiliations/allies

pvp has changed a lot, but of course the basic game is the same just becoming more complex with all of the new skills (and professions)

will ?YOU? get 'bored again' yeah, Ill get my team of crack research monkeys on that asap!

I may end up coming back just to PVP instead of PVE this time.. a group of friends are debating on doing this so would have an instant guild.. just have to get the gold to create it so I may get my PVE character going for that now while they decide also to get back into learning the game and myu characters again.

After 8 months of playing WoW it just seems like a time for a change again.

If i had your account, i would check /age of each character.
And if you had any characters 1 year old, I'd come back for the birthday gift/mini-pets!
Sell one mini-pet for the plat that you will need for your other characters.

Or just come back and run around with your mini-pet!

no grouping still sucks..... (not to offent you but) you can still get people to run w/ you. i mean it might be 3-4 people and the rest henchman but at least it's not a full team of henchman -)

ya i still go back to IDS, tombs, ettins, titans, droknas runs, Majasty runs, chest run.... you know all that jazz.... and help out the noobs -)
